Flight City donates a 5 hour corporate event for 20 people to charity for the MS SOCIETY to be auctioned off at their annual dinner to be held at the Burswood Function Centre on the 28th Of July, 2011

Just completed another great corporate event for IINET…a great time was had by all and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely with lots of take off’s, landings and some windshear thrown in just for good measure.

We’ve recieved a few emails from the sim community asking which navigation plates we use in the sim…..Answer is SIMPLATES from Dauntless Aviation….their a great product and have lots of airports available and their web site has many features for pilots both commercial and private which I’m sure you will use….highly recommended…..check out their web for some great freebies as well..!

Firstly let me welcome in the new year as the centre is getting busier by the day, we would like to thank all our clients and pilots for their patronange in the year 2010 and we look forward to a bigger and better year of flying in 2011.
We’ve had a few enquiries regarding the 777 versus the 737 size wise etc….so here’s are a couple of pics so you can compare…..The 777 is the Worlds Most Popular intercontinental twin engine airliner by Boeing and it’s a wonderful plane to fly and nothing can compare to our high definition visuals and fully curved 225 degree screen as used by professional sim centre’s world wide.

Our first corporate event was held this sunday and what a great success it was with 20 people taking part in a fun filled day of flight challenges. First event winners were selected by the groups themselves leading to a final challenge which was a circuit at the infamous KAI TAK at old Hong Kong. It was contested with great enthusiasm and a winner was picked…..pics on the way

CHARITY EVENT WITH THE STARLIGHT FOUNDATION.
On the sunday at the Royal Aero Club of W.A. a great charity event was held for kids with special needs and their parents/carers. We were proud to be able to attend the event and help out by giving away 4 free flights in the 777 Simulator which was drawn by names out of the box. Winners have now been notified and will recieve there flight pass in the mail….pictures to follow soon.
